Buttered Sauteed Potatoes and Mushrooms



When you get tired of cooking mashed potatoes or baked potatoes, this side dish is a perfect substitute. Extremely easy to make and delicious. With the addition of mushrooms, it is more flavorful, and with extra butter, it is much creamier and delightful. You can also add bacon and cheese to make it fancier.


Ingredients:
  • 1 lb. red Potatoes (washed and quartered)
  • 1/2 lb. White Mushrooms (washed, stem removed and quartered)
  • 4 tbsp. Butter
  • 1 tsp. Garlic Powder
  • 1 tbsp. Parsley
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
Let's Cook!
  1. On medium heat, add butter and garlic powder in a saute pan or skillet.
  2. Add potatoes and saute until almost tender.
  3. Add mushrooms and mix well, then put in parsley.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Stir to combine well.
  6. Dish out, serve and enjoy!
