Ingredients:
- 12 pieces Tiger Prawns (washed, butterflied and deveined)
- 2 tbsp. Soy Sauce
- 2 tbsp. Oyster Sauce
- 1 tbsp. Brown Sugar
- 1 tbsp. Fish Sauce
- 1/4 tsp. Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
- 3 cloves Garlic (minced)
- Fresh Juice from 1 Lemon
- In a medium bowl, combine all the ingredients except prawns and mix well.
- Put the prawns on to the marinade shell up and marinate while heating up the grill or pan.
- Heat up the grill or a cast iron skillet sprayed with non-stick oil.
- When the iron cast skillet is hot enough grill the prawns until it turns pink, turning each side.
- Serve with your favorite starch or put on top of a bed of salad for a lighter and healthier meal.
